RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All video games, consoles, handhelds, and accessories may be returned up to 14 days after receipt for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. These same items can also be returned up to 30 days after receipt for store credit only. 

All new/factory-sealed items must be returned in the same condition. 

Please note all exceptions and excluded item categories listed below.

RETURN PROCESS

To begin a return, email us at owner@bytes-games.com with the subject line including your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then ship your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

     ●     Pokemon TCG
     ●     Magic: The Gathering TCG
     ●     Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG
     ●     Redeemable Codes
     ●     Product that was purchased as unopened that was opened by the customer
     ●     Services
     ●     Digital Products

     ●     Shipping fees
