Trading Card Game items (Magic: The Gathering, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, etc.) and all shipping costs are non-refundable.
All video games, consoles, handhelds, and accessories may be returned up to 14 days after receipt for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. These same items can also be returned up to 30 days after receipt for store credit only.
All new/factory-sealed items must be returned in the same condition.

All items are cleaned and tested before being listed on our online store.
Currently we do not resurface or repair items, but plan on doing so in the future.
